You can either give up on your desires so that they stop generating bad feelings or else you can develop the competence and resourcefulness that allows you to fulfill your desires. As a result, you will spend a very large part of your life developing skills, learning processes and implementing new habits. Through getting through the learning curve quicker and with enhanced effectiveness you can power ahead to get what you want with less difficulty.
