This blog is dedicated to helping you to understand the workings of the mind better and consequently how to feel good and to act better on a regular and consistent basis. The content derives in part from a practical theory that I have developed titled “Understanding Internal Mental Struggle and Negative Emotions and How to Counteract Them.” This theory is contained in the short e-book “Understand How to Operate Your Brain Perfectly” and you can get this for free by subscribing to my newsletter using the opt-in form at the top of the right hand column.
This theory forms the foundation of my writings and the majority of other articles on this blog either give practical information on how to apply the theory for your own personal benefit or else they explain the principles further.
